1. Our shipping methods
Our shipping methods are avaible for all Argentina through OCA, except for the Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, where we use a private courier service, so you can buy your products and will be delivered where you are.

2. Shipping times
Our delivery promise is 7 to 10 business days for all destinations, except in the Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires where the delivery time is from 24 to 48 business hours.
It's important to have in mind:
a) If the payment of your purchase is confirmed from Monday to Friday, the first business day will be day on which you receive the payment confirmation and from that day the established delivery times begin to elapse.
b) If the payment of your purchase is confirmed on a Saturday, Sunday or a festive day/holiday, the delivery time will start from the next business day after the confirmation of your payment.
You should also keep in mind that only orders that are made before 4:00 pm count as the same day; any order that occurs after 4:00 pm will be counted towards its official delivery time from the next day.

3. Shipping clearance
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with the OCA tracking code, which will include the URL where you can place it to check the status of the shipment.

4. Shipping costs
The shipping cost will be displayed in the "Step 3" of the Check Out after selecting the destination.

I haven’t received my order, what can I do?
If you haven’t received your order within the stipulated period, we ask you to contact us, you can communicate through our email contacto@sponsordios.shop

What happens if I am absent at the time of delivery?
Any person who has legal age can receive the order at the address provided.

What happens if the order is going to be delivered and there is no one at the address?
If the order is not received at the indicated address after two visits by OCA, the product will be returned to the sender who dispatched it.
In this case you should contact us to inform us if you want to cancel your order and get a refund or if you want it that the purchase be sent again, assuming the cost of the new shipment.

Can I buy through the webpage and pick up at a local?
No. We only deliver products purchased through our website by OCA or our private courier service.

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
Address changes are not allowed after the purchase has been placed.

What should I take into account when I receive my order?
You must check the packaging very well and verify that it’s in perfect condition before signing the guide. In case you evidence a fault in the packaging, do not receive the product or sign the guide, if you sign without reviewing you will lose the right to claim.
